"Jon Favreau Receives a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame"
Hello there! The Corellian Korean here with the scoop on Jon Favreau being honored with his Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Jon Favreau is a writer, actor, director and executive producer. He has directed and acted in many projects which include movies from the Marvel cinematic universe such as IRON MAN, AVENGERS END GAME and SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME. And most recently, he is credited as the executive producer and co-creator with Dave Filoni on the STAR WARS: THE MANDALORIAN series which just premiered their third season on March 1st. Favreau can now add the honor of receiving the 2,746th Star of the Hollywood Walk of Fame to his resume of accomplishments.
Favreau's friends like Robert Downey Jr. and chef Roy Choi spoke on Favreau's behalf as guest speakers. He received his star on February 13th, 2023 at the live event. Choi and Downey spoke about how Favreau is an meticulous storyteller and that he strives to push the boundaries of his craft with newest tech available. I'm please to see that Favreau is being recognized for his hard work and talent as a creator. I hope he continues share his gift of storytelling with the world especially with Star Wars for many years. May the Force be with you Jon Favreau!
