Hello there! The Corellian Korean here with the seventeenth RANDOM QUESTION SUNDAY! And the question is:
Will Ahsoka Meet Darth Vader?

POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOR THE UPCOMING AHSOKA SERIES AND REBELS THE ANIMATED SERIES.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
This question was posed by my lovely wife, Mrs. CK. She was curious if Ahsoka Tano will meet her former master, Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader.
At first, I thought this was a silly question. Most people familiar with Star Wars know that Darth Vader dies as the redeemed Anakin Skywalker. That Anakin returned to the Lightside of the Force once Anakin sacrificed himself to save his son, Luke Skywalker, in RETURN OF THE JEDI.
However, with the Force, the death of your physical form is not the end. Sometimes, a Force user can exist at the edge of death or exist without a physical form. In A NEW HOPE,
Obi-wan Kenobi fell to Darth Vader, but Kenobi continued to exist as a kind of Force Ghost. As a Force Ghost, Kenobi was able communicate with Luke at anytime without a physical form. Kenobi was able to materialize a visible non-corporeal body that moved around a physical environment it stood on. Anakin manages this same feat and appears as a Force Ghost at end of RETURN OF THE JEDI along with Kenobi and Yoda.
That is the last time we see Anakin post RETURN OF THE JEDI. However, Anakin Skywalker is set to appear in the AHSOKA series. There are rumors of time-travel via the World-Beyond-Worlds. That Ahsoka will revisit Anakin at key moments of the Clone Wars era. Also, there are rumors of a scene or plural of scenes that involve Anakin appearing as a Force Ghost to Ahsoka. It is implied that Ahsoka will have a heart-to-heart talk with the Force Ghost of Anakin. Most likely this will bring closure to the unfinished story of Anakin and Ahsoka.

So it turns out, this was an interesting question, from a certain point of view. If the rumors are true, Ahsoka will meet Vader/Anakin in the AHSOKA series coming this August 23rd. Get hyped fans! We are in for a rollercoaster ride of delight!
