In the last episode, our protagonist settled on his first fantasy character name, Trooper 37. Or #37 for short. If you want to check out the previous episodes of #37, check out the following links:

Before #37 can start his first full scale skirmish, a few boundaries needed to be established before we began.
Traditionally, Star War Miniatures is meant to be played by assembling squads of miniatures with their corresponding stat cards. Each player would be allotted a number of points to craft their squad to battle it out on a 1-inch square grid map. You can use the official rules of the game or use custom rules that fits your style.

The alternative method to playing Star Wars Miniatures would be creating scenarios in conjunction with the official rules or house rules. You can relive moments from Star Wars media like the movies, novels, comics, animations, videogames or Legends material aka the Expanded Universe. Or create totally new scenarios to suit your fantasy needs.
For our purposes, we will be using the alternative method to create scenarios that Trooper 37 will exist in. #37 will play a continuity of skirmishes that will detail his adventures in a semi-linear narrative. #37's story will be set in an alternative universe of the Star Wars universe mirroring most of the major events of A NEW HOPE, THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK and THE RETURN OF THE JEDI. Some of the events will be altered to fit the narrative and allow #37 to meet characters that would otherwise be impossible encounter.
I would also like to note that I am using this platform to introduce as many Star Wars characters to my son as continuity will allow and tell their story through Trooper 37's perspective.
As a traditional fantasy character, #37's stats would be augmented to be slightly higher than the typical Stormtrooper from the Rebel Storm set. This will set him apart from other Stormtroopers and position him as a character that can be developed. Also having more Hit Points will make him a durable 6-year-old that is ready to make mistakes. Trooper 37 will grow in stats and gain new abilities as he levels up like in a role-playing-game. Some of the abilities he gains will be triggered by major events in his story.
Now allow me to unveil Stormtrooper RS 3760's stats for his first skirmish:
Trooper 37
Hit Points: 40
Attack: +5
Defense: 16
Damage: 10
Abilities
Unique: This character is one of a kind and has a given name, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi. You cannot have more than one Unique character with the same given name in your squad. Different versions of the same character have slightly different names, but all of them count as that character for purposes of this ability. For example, “General Grievous,” “General Grievous, Supreme Commander,” “General Grievous, Jedi Hunter,” and “Grievous’s Wheel Bike” all count as “General Grievous.” Where there is the possibility of confusion, the card text specifies the name this character counts as.
Obedience Disks: If you defeat a non-droid non-unique enemy, they can join your squad in the next skirmish.
My Very Own Droid
Next, let me introduce #37's partner and very own R2 Unit Astromech droid. No protagonist should traverse the galaxy far far away without their very own droid.
Experimental R2 Unit Astromech Droid (or R2 Unit)
Hit Points: 10
Attack: +0
Defense: 0
Damage: 0
Abilities
Unique
Experimental Droid: Indestructible. Other details are undisclosed.
Guardian: If an enemy targets an ally within 12 squares of this character, you can force that enemy to target this character instead (does not matter if the enemy can choose this character as a target). The attacker can resist this effect with a save of 11. Ignore all obstructions when counting distance.

And I will end today's episode here. If you want to know more about the Top Secret Experimental Astromech Droid and who #37 will face off in their first skirmish, then join us next time for the CHRONICLES OF #37 - EPISODE 006.
Until next week. May the Force be with you. Always!
